Shipping and Returns

Our stamps are made of deeply etched rubber OR as high quality clear photopolymer.  Please see the set description of each set to check whether that particular set is clear or rubber. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

To order, simply select the stamps that you would like to order and put them in your shopping cart. ‘Check out’ is via PayPal and you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from my store. Please be assured that PayPal works hard to keep your details safe and secure. All Ontario residents will be charged 13% HST. Orders for in stock items will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is via Canada Post and depending on the weight of your package, it will be sent either letter mail or parcel. If you would like to pay extra for insurance and a tracking number for your order, please email us before placing your order for a quote. We are not responsible for any lost packages sent through regular mail.  Below are the shipping rates if you are ordering stamp sets or small items.  NOTE:  If you are ordering paper larger items there may be extra shipping due to the extra weight or size.  Please message me before placing your order for more information OR I can contact you when packaging up your order to give you an estimate.  Thanks!

Canadian Orders (containing stamps only)

up to $25, shipping = $3.00
$25-$50, shipping = $5.00
$50-$100, shipping = $7.00
$100-150 = $20.00
$200+, shipping is FREE!

For orders including heavier/bulkier items such as paper, supplies, tools etc., please choose Flat Rate Shipping!

US Orders

up to $25, shipping = $8.00
$25-$50, shipping=$11.00
$50-$75, shipping = $14.00
$75-$150, shipping = $18.00
$200+, shipping is FREE!

International Orders

up to $25, shipping = $12.00
$25-$50, shipping = $16.00
$50 – $100, shipping = $25.00
$100-200, shipping = $40.00
$200 +, shipping = $55.00

**For orders that include any items other than stamps (such as paper pads, embellishments, tools, etc.) there may be extra shipping costs and I will contact you before shipping your order.**

Duties and Taxes

Deliveries to countries other than Canada may be subject to duties and taxes by the customs department of your country. Consult your local post office or import/export department for more information. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges/taxes you may incur when your package reaches your country.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact me by email at [email protected] before returning an item.
